Welcome to our Exclusive Partnership with Swiss Water Process

Tasting Notes:

This delightful coffee boasts a delicate body, with a distinct creamy sweet lemon note followed by a layering of dried raisins and toasted walnut. This is a very well balanced decaf with the word 'layered' being very true to this decaf as it brings so much to the table!

Roasters Notes:

We haven't had an Ethiopian decaf in the house for 2 years, it's a very rare origin to see come across our table and when we had the opportunity we went berzerk trying to get our hands on this one. Oh and did I mention, it tastes ridiculously good! Ethiopia - the birthplace of coffee.

The Swiss Water® Process used for decaffeination of this coffee employs water, gently removing caffeine while maintaining the coffee's inherent flavour and quality. This method results in a premium decaf that coffee lovers can truly savour, knowing it's crafted with care and quality in mind."

True to flavour notes

I got the filter roast today and have been brewing at a high ratio on pour over!
Tastes like lemon curd and walnuts hot and cools to sweet raisins. Very enjoyable in the afternoons and best decaf I’ve had

Beautiful decaf

I'm a long time coffee drinker, ex-barista, coffee nerd, but can no longer have caffeine for health reasons. It's both refreshing and exciting to see you not only taking your decaf seriously, but putting it front and centre, with filter options! The Ethiopian has been delicious so far, been brewing it pourover, and loving the sweetness it develops as it cools. I'm so used to having one option of dark roasted decaf with unavoidable toasty notes, it feels like such a privilege to have choice again, and quality choices at that! Thank you so much, I will be back!

Beautiful coffee

Couldn't be happier with my decaf. A robust full flavored brew without the jitters. Don't hesitate to try them, if you're considering.

Worth the effort

This took a bit of tinkering to get it right, but since I did it's been amazing. Easily one of the best coffee's I've ever had.
