BEST Coffee

I was surprised.
Even with high expectation from all the high reviews, I still got surprised with the quality of this coffee.
Its purity, the flagrance, the dreamy after taste...
I usually order cappucino at a cafe, but for this one, I didn't want to add any milk or sugar.
I usually order take away coffee and drive away, but this one, I just had to sit down and enjoy the moment.

Being a new mother, every day (especially morning) is chaotic but this coffee allows me to stop for instance and let me taste life <3
And the best part is that it's safe for my breastfed bub too.

Delicious! Had to give up caffeine and MEXICO - CHIAPAS ORGANIC helped me do it. I get the espresso grind and use an aeropress. It’s the best! I am amazed that it has only been a few weeks and I am not missing my caffeinated coffee at all.

Spectacular!

I wasn’t sure if a decaf coffee bean could be delicious and appealing, but this has met all of my expectations and I’ll be buying this one and trying the others for sure!

Disappointing

Picked up the James Hoffman decaf project bean set. There wasn't a lot going on flavour-wise and the ashiness from the dark hulls dominated. Would be fine in a milk drink but was expecting something better and the roasting did not show off the beans. Disappointing given the likelihood the event will never happen again and disappointing given the expense.

The search for a good decaf espresso continues (enjoy your milk-based decaf drinks, but Inglewood's decaf was better IMO).

This is an all time favorite in the roastery, it's also the longest serving decaf on our menu, if you want something that is well balanced and ticks all the boxes this is definitely where you should start!

Peruvian coffees are emerging stars in the specialty coffee realm, drawing from the expertise and techniques prevalent in neighboring Colombia and Brazil. The care taken in their cultivation and processing highlights the incredible terroir of the region and results in unique, unforgettable coffee experiences.

This particular Peruvian decaf is known for its comforting, deeply flavorful profile, balanced acidity, an inviting cocoa aroma, and a finish highlighted by almond notes. Sourced from reputable cooperatives such as JUMARP and Cenfrocafe, our coffee provides a link to the communities that cultivate and process these fine beans.

The Swiss Water® Process used for decaffeination of this coffee employs water, gently removing caffeine while maintaining the coffee's inherent flavour and quality. This method results in a premium decaf that coffee lovers can truly savour, knowing it's crafted with care and quality in mind.

Mycotoxin Testing:

After endless questions and requests from some of our customers. We decided to send this decaf to Government accredited Symbio Labs to be screened for Mycotoxins. We were advised all measurements were below detectable ranges.

Wonderful coffee

The Peru organic decaf is a delicious full flavoured coffee. I use it for expresso and iced latte and it is perfect for both. This is one of the best coffees I have tasted. A very solid 5 stars.

We love the Peru Organic, will definitely be making it a monthly subscription. I am terrible at describing taste, but we love this one because it has a light sweetness to it, yet still a nice big full flavor... Delicious!

Fruity and delicious

I am very pleased with the flavours in the decaf peru coffee. I am badly affected by caffeine but I love the taste of coffee so this is the best way for me to continue to enjoy a relaxing morning cuppa without the side effects.

Of all the decafs I have tried I am very happy to find this one. I’ve tried a few from this site too and have come back to this as my staple - smooth and not too rich and not too light. Love it.

I gave some to my wife and the first thing she said was "this just tastes like a good filter coffee", and that's what this is; a really good filter coffee with beautiful creamy chocolate textures and soft sugared fruit sweetness. You won't quite get big juicy acidity with most decaf, but this is far and away the best I've tried to date; quite different to other decaf coffees which can tend to be a bit flat and lifeless.

FAQs

We can guarantee that any order leaving our warehouse has been roasted fresh within 48hrs. Nothing leaves our roastery a minute older. You may think, "Well what do you do with the older decafs? Throw them out?"

That's a fair question, well, we distribute these throughout our network of cafes who will use the decaf much quicker before it goes stale!

In most cases we opt to use couriers as they are much quicker at the moment then AusPost. There are exceptions depending on your location whether you're rural or metro. Either way you have an option to choose AusPost Express during checkout if you wish.

For starters we only purchase the best decafs our coffee importers have on offer. If that wasn't good enough, you'll find that we have the biggest selection of decafs in Australia. No one, has this many options and is able to roast them fresh. We're dedicated to decaf! :)
