Hot drink

add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to a mug
pour in 250ml hot milk of choice
stir and enjoy

Cold drink

add 2 heaped teaspoons into a mug
pour a little hot water to make a paste
pour in 250ml cold milk of choice
add ice or ice-cream, blend and enjoy

Chai tea as it should be... minus the caffeine! For medical reasons I need to avoid caffeine and this is a lovely chai tea. It's great with non-dairy hot milk options, 1 teaspoon is enough for a cuppa. A beautiful mix of spices too!
